  • Management commitment to a culture that emphasizes safety as a core value
  • Certified MBE Safety Committee committed to maintaining and improving safety
    • Provides oversight of MBE's policies and management systems with respect to Health, Safety and Environmental matters
    • Ensures that MBE’s Health and Safety plan and procedures are up to date and in accordance with PA Department of Labor & Industry standards
    • Reviews any significant Safety, Health and Environmental public policy, legislative, political and social issues and trends that may affect the business operations, financial performance, or image of MBE or the industry
    • Committee members, include representatives from each operating unit (Survey, Inspection, Energy, Management). All members have completed a PA Department of Labor & Industry Safety Committee Training
  • OSHA 10 and Safe Land certified
  • Member of ISNetworld and PICS
  • Mandatory attendance of weekly Safety meeting for all field crews
  • Published Field Safety Program addressing:
    • Staff training
    • Standard Safety Equipment
    • Personal Protective Equipment
    • Vehicle Safety
    • Site Specific Safety Issues
      • Oil & Gas Well Site Work
    • Incident/Accident Reporting
    • Incident/Accident Investigation
  • Zero tolerance substance abuse policy
